In the MorPalaeo Lab we use state-of-the-art techniques in palaeoceanography to assess past changes in ocean-atmosphere climate dynamics. We are interested in applying this knowledge to improve our understanding of future climate change.

The MorPalaeo Lab is part of the Palaeo-environmental Research Unit (PRU) located in the Discipline of Geography at the National University of Ireland (NUI) Galway, IE. Work in our lab is generously supported by NUI Galway, the Irish Centre for Research in Applied Geosciences (iCRAG), the Marine Institute, Geological Survey Ireland (GSI) and Science Foundation Ireland (SFI).
